Enoki Mushroom Omelette

What kind of omelette you made today?….Today I made this one guys…Looks soft and tasty, are you like it? Let’s cook! This is my recipe from my kitchen…!
Seasoning :
- 4 red onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 ttsp salt (add salt as you like guys…)
- add chili if you like hot and spicy omelette (I put bird chilies this time)
Ingredients :
- 6 eggs
- Enoki mushroom (Add as you like…)
- Mozzarella grated (add as you like)
- 6 tsp canola oil/ sunflower oil
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, put seasonings that you mashed. Beat them well
- Put a frying pan, pour the oil, heat it on the medium flame
- add your eggs guys..le’s it spread out
- when the omelette begins to cook and firm up, but still has a little raw egg on top, put enoki mushrooms on top of it, then few second sprinkles over the mozzarella. Heat down to slow flame. Let’s it fully cooked and slide the omelette on to your plate.
