Ladyfinger Oyster Sauce

On another day I cooked ladyfingers. This is a simple cook that you must to try. Check out my recipe from my kitchen…
Seasoning :
- 4 cloves of shallot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- if you like spicy, add some chilies
Ingredients :
- Some fresh ladyfingers

- salt (add salt as you like)
- oyster sauce (about 2 tsp)
- 4-6 tsp canola oil/ sunflower oil to fry ladyfingers
- 1 tsp to saute seasonings
- Little a bit silverfish
- Wash ladyfingers, and cut them as you like
- Put a frying pan on the stove, pour 4-6 oil
- add ladyfinger, fry them until the stickiness is gone
- Remove the ladyfingers from pan keep aside
- In another pan, add 1 tsp oil, put seasonings that you chopped, and add silverfish. Fry them until fragrant
- add ladyfingers, mix it well.
- few seconds, add salt and oyster sauce
- The last, serve it….
