In reality, it is the opposite. If you have already read my new article on The Journey of Ichi's Family about what happened to Ichikraft after two years I closed the Etsy shop temporarily, you will understand the reason why I pull myself from writing articles on my blogs. So, since I am able to write today, I am going to share my fried recipe! Let's ch

Yeah, I grew up with eggs on the menu daily. I had always had an egg on my plate whether a boiled egg or a fried egg. At night, occasionally I had an omelet for my dinner. My non-regular habit started when I was small or it could be a baby. My father wanted me to grow become a smart girl and he believed by routine eating eggs each morning, especially half-boiled eggs, the child would grow up excellent. Although lived in a tiny village, my menus were quite decent compared to other villagers. Egg, milk, meats, all those were luxury items at the time that

This is it!😎 Ingredient: 1 1/2 of fish stock cubes (I choose a healthier choice which means no MSG and less salt) or you can add 2 fish stocks (optional) 1,5 L of water 3 g of onion powder 3 g of garlic powder 5 g of black pepper powder a bunch of celery - finely cut 1/4 of big carrot - cut as y

1. Sweet Potato Leaves Soup   Ichi's Fusion Recipes: sweet potato leaves soup - Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti Welcome back to Ichi's Fusion Recipes! Today's topic is budget meals as many food ingredients' prices have gone up because of inflation. Therefore, I want to share easy recipes yet tasty; moreover, it is good for the value of money so that we can still save money for our future. At first, my reason to cook our meals was to save money each month as my partner and I started our life with zero savings. Many or mostly think that I have a good life today because I married a young executive man like some of my university friends who had a dream to marry an executive man so that they would have a good life without hard work. Yeah...about that, while I studied hard (many times until pass midnight or woke up earlier morning), my girlfriends were busy looking for a successful young career man and talked about married and even wanted to get married before completing the

For you who are a beef lover, to reduce your consumption of beef meat and want a healthy choice, you may try this recipe. As my passion, of course, this is an easy soup yet tasty and healthy!😉🤞 Back then in my hometown, villagers consumed meat only during the festive season day. On other days for most of the whole year, it was just a random veggies menu complete with fried tempeh, fried tofu, or cracker. If they picked another protein, the egg was the choice.  Every household would buy chicken meat and made a chicken curry or soup (Indonesian soup) on that special occasion. Meanwhile, beef, only high society afford and bought it. So, meat wasn't a daily menu in my hometown at that time, it was a special menu for a special occasion or event. No wonder, the old gen

Here in Singapore, we feel easier as the government eases the COVID-19 restriction one example: we can pull off the mask when we walk at a specific place aka open space like the HDB apartment corridor, walking to the market, in a park et cetera. However, you may find out that mostly want to keep masks on although the regulation is much more relaxed now. For me for instance, I want to keep my health (I do not want to get infected by the COVID-19 virus), the second reason is uncomfortable moving; you can imagine when I hold soo many groceries in my hands then I need to put off and put on my mask, that...how I put this...🙄 naahh... I choose to put on my mask whenever I go outside.  Speaking of which, today I am going to share my kitchen recipes which are inspired by Japanese and Indonesian food
