Stir-fried Veggies

Hi everyone, how are you today? What are you doing this weekend? I hope you have a good and nice weekend with your family. Today I am gonna share one of an easy recipe. It's stir-fried mix veggie. This is an simple cooking yet tasty. This is my recipe from my Kitchen recipe. Let's check it out! 😋

Ingredient:
  • Broccoli
  • Cabbage
  • a half of bell pepper
  • Some green peas
  • a half of carrot
  • Some cauliflower
  • 2 baby corn
  • 1 big yellow onion - cut as you wish
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • Butter to fry the onion
  • 1 ttsp of onion powder
  • 1 ttsp of garlic
  • 100 ml - 130 ml of water
Note: cut all of the vegetables as you wish and wash them.

These are what you do:
  • Add butter and onion in a pan. Saute them in medium flame for about 2 minutes

  • Add all of the vegetables, stir them for about a few seconds

  • Pour water, add the chicken stock cube
  • Add onion powder and garlic powder
  • Stir them all for about 2-5 minutes. Don't cook the vegetables more than 5 minutes
  • And it's done!

Easy, right? Usually, we eat stir-fried veggies with Japanese rice, and tempura tempeh or tempura tofu. But you can also eat it with boiled potatoes. This recipe is for 2 people. Have a nice day and by for now 😊
