It's Sunday! What are you doing this weekend? Well, today I am going to share one of our favorite foods at home. It's tempeh! This is one of my recipes from my kitchen recipe. We love tempeh, but it's hard to find a good one in Singapore. But, I am grateful because I could find it. Let's check it out😋
Ingredient:
- 2 an half-block tempeh - 1 block tempeh is about 200 gram
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 2 yellow onion - Cut it
- 3 tsp of soy sauce - I use gluten-free
- 1 ttsp of onion powder
- 1 ttsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of red crushed pepper
- Butter
- 250 ml of water
These are what you do:
- Place butter and onion in the pan. Saute it on a medium flame for about 2-4 minutes

- And it's done! Serve for 4 or 5 people. You can eat stir-fried tempeh with Japanese white rice, or boiled potatoes/ baked potatoes. You can add some vegetables like cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Don't forget to eat fruit!
