Hi all of you, how you doing? Welcome in 2020! I am still on my track that sharing easy and quick cooking. Well, today I am going to share with you one of my favorites soups. It's a Japanese soup! Are you exciting? I love Japanese foods because Japanese food is much more healthy foods. Let's check it out!
Ingredient:
- Japanese dashi or Japanese base soup - I need 2 bags
- Spring onion
- Carrot
- Broccoli
- Bunapi Mushroom
- Cherry tomatoes
- Napa cabbage or Chinese cabbage
- Tesco Breaded ring onion
- Tesco Lattices potatoes
- 800 ml of water
These are what you do:
1. How to make a Japanese soup (2 people)
- Boil the water and add 2 bags of Japanese dashi
- Add the carrot, let it cook for about a few seconds
- Add broccoli, and napa cabbage, let it cook for about a few seconds
- Add cherry tomatoes and bunapi mushroom, mix them all and let it cook for about 1-3 minutes
- The last, add spring onion, mix them well. Let it cook for a few seconds
- The soup is now ready! Add fried shallots on it
- You can add another vegetable like green peas. And don't mix it with other vegetables such as cabbage, french beans or other because of the tasty will be ruin.

2. Baked ring onion and lattices potatoes
This step is simple like always. You just bake them in the oven for about 15 -20 minutes in 170 degrees - 200 degrees.
Now the dinner is ready! Don't forget to serve it with tomato sauce. And also don't forget to eat fruit every day. Easy and simple cooking yet tasty. Have a nice day and see you..!
