If you are following my story, I am not a fan of meat. People think I am a vegetarian, or do not want to eat meat. And both opinions are wrong! The only reason is that I can not eat any kind of meat because my body rejects it. What is the cause of it? I have no idea!๐Ÿคจ Therefore whenever I cook meat, it means I do not eat the dish.๐Ÿ˜„ Let's check it out!

Ingredient:
  • 500 g of boneless chicken legs - I bought a frozen one. So defrost before cook
  • About 50-60 ml of sukiyaki sauce
  • 5 g of lemongrass powder
  • 6 of kaffir lime leaves - finely cut
  • 30 ml of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic - chop it
  • 4-6 cloves of shallot - chop it
  • 1/2 of yellow onion - finely cut
  • About 200-250 ml of water
These are what you do:
  • Prepare the pan, add garlic, shallot, yellow onion that you chopped. Pour olive oil, and turn on the stove on medium-low flame. Saute until fragrant or about 3 minutes

Now, the dish is ready! What do you think? Within 20 minutes the meal is ready on the table! While cooking this dish we can prepare soup to complete our set menu. I chose sour soup which is less preparation and the taste is great as well.
