Welcome back to Ichi's Fusion Recipes! What the hell...is that really risotto? 😅 Neither fried rice nor risotto, I call it dried risotto. As usual, this is Ichi's Fusion Recipes which means cooking in a way that I am comfortable with the taste and the ingredients.

Talking about risotto, I haven't eaten this dish before, however, I would like to make it in my style, not the original recipe, which is fusion food.  Moreover, I create it in an easy step that would be easy for the beginner in the kitchen. Furthermore, this recipe suits every one of you who has scramble time in your regular basis life. Another vantage, it does not drain our pocket and healthy meal!😉 A good value of money is good and saving time in the kitchen is great, isn't it? Let's rock!

Ingredient:
  • 4-5 portions of white rice - I am used to cooking rice by using a rice cooker and choosing Japanese rice
  • 4 cloves of garlic - chop them
  • 2 chicken stock cubes
  • 250 ml of warm water
  • 150 g of Japanese sausage - cut as you wish
  • 15 - 30 ml of olive oil
  • A bunch of vegetables - we can choose a wide range of vegetables from carrot, cabbage, kale, broccoli, broccolini, cauliflower, green peas, mushrooms, bok choy, wong bok, et cetera!
  • 1 tbsp of chili paste - this is optional
These are what you do:
  • Put chicken stock cubes into warm water to make quick chicken broth
  • Prepare the pan or saucepan, or wok. Pour olive oil and add sausage. Turn on the stove on medium-low flame. pan fry the sausage for about 3-5 minutes then add the garlic that you chopped and mix them well and give it 3 minutes to cook

  • Serve while warm. Or we can save it in the container after cooling down and put it in the fridge. We can still eat this dish the next day by warming in before eating
  • I would like to combine this dish with Ichi's signature omelet! Within 2-3 minutes, this omelet is ready!
