Speaking of which, what we have today, look at that! It is fried noodles! Yeah, since I removed rice from my diet, I have to find a way to eat noodles more fun! Wait a minute, "fun" what does it mean? I mean I need to find or create fried noodles with distinct recipes so that I am not dull, I guess..🤷♀️😅 Therefore, this is one of Ichi's Fusion Recipes fried noodles with a new taste! Let's check it out!
Ingredient:
- About 200 g of brown rice vermicelli
- 3 tbsp of black pepper sauce

- 30 ml of olive oil
- About 3-4 tbsp of butter (salted butter)
- About a handful of mackerel meat

- 1 small carrot - slice it
- 2 leaves of wong bok or Chinese cabbage
- About 3-4 white cabbage
- A handful of corn
- A handful of green pea
- 1 big red onion - slice it
- 4-5 cloves of garlic - Chop them
- 1g of low sodium salt
These are what you do:
- First, soak the vermicelli with water for about 15 minutes before use
- Now, prepare wok, or big pan. Pour olive oil, add red onion and garlic that you chopped. Turn on the stove on medium-low flame. Saute for about 3-4 minutes

- Add mackerel meat, and 1 tbsp of butter, then stir for about 3-5 minutes

- Add brown rice vermicelli and stir thoroughly

- Add all of the vegetables and butter. Note: You can add many varieties of vegetables such as kale, french bean, radish et cetera; bring them all!👊😃

- Add black pepper sauce and salt. Turn the stove on medium flame. Saute for about 7 - 10 minutes then turn off the stove

It sounds easy, isn't it? Easy to prepare yet the taste is great as I add mackerel! We love it! We eat this fried noodle with tempura tempeh and cracker. Do not forget to eat fruit!😉
