Welcome to Ichi's Fusion Recipes! It looks like we have a fish recipe again; call it baked tuna with sukiyaki sauce and onion!

Tuna is one of my favorites fish since I was a child. I mentioned in my article before that saltwater fish such as tuna and mackerel were the only my favorite fish menu on the table. While most villagers ate catfish, tilapia, and any other freshwater fishes. Was I too picky about food? Well, the only reason was that I did not like how they raise catfish at the farm, secondly because of the earthly taste. But I did liking to eat freshwater fish that caught in the wild. For example in the paddy field; in general, the paddy field in my hometown grew in watery places. At some point, there was small freshwater fish that lived in this harmonious place with apple snail as well. I assumed that the fish in this environment was more hygienic and clean rather than on the farm. Unfortunately, no one would catch the fish that live around the paddy field for me because bought from a fish stall in the market was much easier. As result, I only ate tuna and mackerel. However, the price of those fishes was too expensive for my father that only earn $4 a month. Even though I wanted to eat these fishes at least once a week, that's too far for us.

What I can say about fish is that a luxury dish for me in the past; fried tuna or mackerel. We can't afford this ingredient to make a delightful menu on the table. Luckily, kindness person who gave me monthly school assistance often bought seawater fish for us. She and her husband was a nice person who had a successful business at the time. Her husband had always said that eating seawater fish would make me great at school. While family and relatives busied insult and bullied me because of my big dream and study at university, a stranger couple who did not have any relation with me cared about nutrient food that I must have eaten so that my brain became smart.

Talking about tuna, this fish has omega 3 which means it is good for our body and health. However, nowadays, the ocean may not clean because of pollutants. As result, sometimes I am afraid that the seawater fish I eat may contain mercury. But, I think if I eat in a moderation way, it just fine. That is the reason why I do not often buy seawater fish.

Speaking of which, hello where is the recipe? Well, this recipe looks unique for me since using Japanese sauce call it sukiyaki sauce. So, let's check it out!
