Hokkien Mee & Curry Tempeh Infused with Sukiyaki Tiger Prawn & Soy Sauce, and Fried Yellowstripe Scads

Hi, welcome back to Ichi's Fusion Recipes. Today is a special menu that definitely great and yum yum!😋 Let's check it out!
1. Hokkien mee & curry tempeh & boiled red spinach in sukiyaki tiger prawn with soy sauce and cooking cream
What a long, long name is that? 🙄 Influencing by soo many things and as result this menu! Do not worry, the taste is completely great and awesome!

Ingredient:
- 400 g of fresh tempeh - cut in dice
- 250 g of tiger prawn - cut into small pieces
- 4 kaffir lime leaves
- 15 ml of sukiyaki sauce
- 4-6 clove of garlic - cut finely or chop them
- 1 big yellow onion cut into slice
- 150 ml of olive oil
- 200 ml of cooking cream
- 1800 ml of water
- 20 g of garlic powder
- 20 g of onion powder
- 10 g of low sodium salt
- 15 ml of soy sauce (gluten-free)
- 7-10 g of lemongrass paste or you can add 2 stalks of lemongrass
- 5-7 g of turmeric powder
These are what you do:
- Prepare the pan, add garlic that you chop, and yellow onion that you cut. Pour olive oil. Turn on the stove on medium-low flame. Saute for about 2 minutes
- Add tiger prawn and sukiyaki sauce. Stir them, and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes
- Pour water and cooking cream. Stir them
- Add salt, turmeric powder, onion, garlic powder, pour soy sauce, and add lemongrass paste. Add kaffir lime leaves
- Add tempeh. Stir them well and let them boil, stir them again. After boils give it for 3 minutes then turn off the stove
2. Fried Yellowsstripe scad
You can call it Selar family and they are small scads that have a yellow stripe. To fry this fish is a little tricky since I can not accept the fishy smell that would make me vomit. This is how I cook my Yellowsstripe scad!

Ingredient:
- 400 g of Yellowstripe scad or 10 pieces
- 5 g of lemongrass paste
- 1 lime, squeeze and take the juice out
- 5 g of onion powder
- 5-7 g of garlic powder
- 5-7 g of low sodium salt
- 400-500 ml of canola oil

This is what you do:
- Clean the fish by taking out the internal organ and wash them in running water
- I would like to make some cut the fish body so that the season could spread easily make savory fried fish
- Pour lime juice, make sure all fishes cover with it
- Add salt, onion, garlic powder. Add lemongrass paste. You can add dried parsley or any herb that you have. Mix them well

- Prepare the frying pan and pour canola oil. Turn on the stove on medium-low flame

- Arrange the fish one by one. Do not flip it until they are firm
- I make 2 batches to fry my fish. Turn off the stove

3. Prepare the menu
This time I chose Hokkien flat noodles to eat my curry tempeh in sukiyaki tiger prawn!
- Pour water in a pot
- Bring boil the water. When it boils add Hokkien mee/ noodles. Boil for about 1-2 minutes. Take out the noodles and dry it
- Place Hokkien noodle in a bowl

- Add around red spinach - boil red spinach just 2-3 minutes
- Pour Curry tempeh in sukiyaki tiger prawn with soy sauce and cooking cream

- Place some fried Yellowstripe scads on another plate
- Do not forget to eat fruit to complete your dinner
