Cooking 3 Recipes From My Book!

  Veggie Chicken Soup - Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti 1. Veggie Chicken Soup I recreated veggie chicken soup recipe from my book. It is simple, quick, easy, yet tasty. Inspired by an Indonesian dish called " Soto" that I created a new way of how to make this recipe simple and easy. I don't have much time in the kitchen, yet I want a fresh and tasty meal on the table. It is why I created a new way by using ingredients that I found around me.  2. I can say that you just need 3 ingredients to make baked saba! Inspired by my Japanese friend on how she cooks saba. But, like always I create my own style.   Dinner idea: Tofu, spinach, & dried prawn cream soup - Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti Hi, all of you, well, well...looks like we have a cooking cream theme this week 🙂 What we have today? It is tofu that cooked with cooking cream. Nowadays, I am trying to use lesser coconut milk. Let's check it out! Ingredient: 3 pieces of white tofu - about 150 g tofu. Cut them in dice 1/2 pack of green spinach - cut as you wish About 75 g dried prawn or 2 handful 30 g of the spice blend 5 cloves of garlic - chopped it 3 g of coriander powder Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti 2-3 g of turmeric powder 200 ml of cooking cream 400 ml of water 2 tbsp of olive oil 2-3 of bay leaves 2 kaffir lime leaves 7 g of crushed red chili - this is optional These are what you do: Prepare the pan, pour olive oil, and add garlic.   Dinner idea: Tempeh & dried prawn cream soup - Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti Wow, what is that? Today I am gonna share one of our favorite menus, it is about tempeh! Back then in Indonesia, people used to cook this kind of menu with coconut milk. But, I got an idea to substitute coconut milk with cooking cream. Let's check it out! 200 g of tempeh - cut in dice Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti 2 handful of dried prawn 200 ml of cooking cream Optional, 2 big green chili - cut them 7 g of onion powder 7 g of garlic powder Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti 2-3 g of coriander powder 2-4 g of turmeric powder 3-5 g of paprika powder Optional, 5-7 g of crushed chili 4 cloves of garlic - cut as you wish 5 tbsp of olive oil 400 ml of water 3 bay leaves  1 stalk of lemongrass About 4 g of low sodium salt These are what you do: Prepare the pan, pour 2 tbsp olive oil, and add garlic. This is simple, easy, yet tasty! And, there are tons of vegetables, it means a healthy dinner! Let's check it out! Ingredient: 4 portion of white rice - Like always I would like to choose Japanese rice - How to cook Japanese rice is in my book!   Dinner idea: Kale beansprout miso soup & Soba - Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti Hi, all of you, how you doing today? Today I am gonna share one of my favorite menu, it's miso soup! But as you know that I would like to cook in my way. Because maybe you are wondering why I am cooking with the different ingredients or sometimes different seasoning. So, let's check it out! Ingredient: About 3 - 4 tbsp of miso paste Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti 50 g of white tofu - cut in dice 1 leaf of kale - cut as you wish A handful of bean sprout - wash it Chili - optional Soba noodle - for 2 people Some meatball - In this recipe I take 5 meatballs and cut in a small pieces 3 cloves of garlic - cut them 800 ml of water These are what you do: Prepare a pot or pan; pour the water, add garlic that you chop, and meatballs. Today I  am going to share one of our favorite menus, it is black pepper fried noodle with veggie and prawn! Let's check it out! Ingredient: Claypot noodle about 150 g or 2 portion 1 low cholesterol egg or carrot egg About 100-130 g of frozen prawn 6 cloves of garlic - peeled and cut them 50 ml of olive oil 3 tbsp of black pepper sauce 4 shiitake mushroom or about 100 g - Cut them 1 leaf of cabbage - cut as you wish 2 leaves of kale - cut as you wish 1/2 red paprika - cut as you wish some of the cherry tomatoes Some of the green peas 1 stalk of celery - cut it These are what you do: Boil claypot noodle for about 2-3 minutes. Hmm, what we have today for dinner? Here is the idea: easy, simple, tasty, yet healthy! And in this article, I am gonna share this recipe with all of you. Let's rock! 1. Fried mashed tofu with dried bonito flakes Fried mashed tofu with dried bonito flakes - Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti Ingredient: 200 g white tofu 1 low cholesterol egg or carrot egg About 5-7 g of dried bonito flakes 30 - 40 g of tempura batter 5 g of low sodium salt 10 g of spice blend (that contain garlic, onion, and turmeric) 1 stalk of celery - cut it About 300 - 400 ml of canola oil These are what you do: Prepare the bowl, place tofu and mash it with ladle, pastel or anything you have at the kitchen Add tempura batter, dried bonito flakes, egg, celery, salt, and spice blend. Veggie fried rice with dried bonito flakes Ingredient: 4 portion Japanese white rice - to see how to cook Japanese rice you can read my book 😊 2 baby corn - cut them Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti 2 big pepper/ chili - cut them Some green peas - cut them  Some broccoli About 7 g of dried bonito flakes 5 g of low sodium salt 5 g of garlic powder 10 g of onion powder 5 g of black pepper powder 3-5 g of paprika 1 big yellow onion - finely cut 2 tbsp of butter These are what you do: Prepare the pan, add butter, and yellow onion.
