Today I have an idea for your dinner, it's simple, easy prep, and quick, and of course tasty and healthy. Sounds good, huh? Let's check it out! 😉👌 1. Rainbow salad Ingredient: 3 leaves of purple cabbage 1 big red big pepper 3 leaves of kale a handful of reddish Japanese dressing These are what you do: Wash all of the vegetables Cut all of the vegetables - I would say "cut as you like" Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti / Acik Mdy Now the salad is ready! Gosh, what an easy prep meal here...! 2. Tofu and Shiso Tempura Ingredient: 2 tofu - the tofu size is 5x5 cm 3 shiso leaves - shiso known as perilla 45 g of plain flour 45 g of rice flour 5 g of salt - you can add 7 g of salt if you like more salty - I use low sodium salt 5 g of garlic powder 7 g of onion powder 1-2 g of black pepper powder 2,5 - 3 g of crushed red pepp

Today I am going to share one of my kitchen recipes. It's simple, easy, yet tasty, and less seasoning! Do you like it? Let's check it out! Yes, I love Japanese curry 😊 I would love to share on how I cook Japanese curry using many vegetables. Let's take a look! 1. Make Japanese curry Ingredient: Ingredient: sauce, young corn, carrot, onion - Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti / Acik Mdy 3 block Japanese curry sauce  4 young corn 1 carrot - cut it 1 onion - Cut it 800 ml of water Butter These are what you do: Prepare the pan first. Well, what we have today? I would love to share one of my kitchen recipe menu idea for dinner called stuffed tofu. Yes, if you googling there are many recipes about how to make this stuffed tofu. But, like always, I make it on my way and my recipe. Why I always say on my way, because if you see the traditional way, for me it consume a lot of time because we have to mash the seasoning with mortar and pastel.
