Cireng (Oyster Mushroom Cireng)

It’s a good one for afternoon tea guys… Sometimes I want to eat traditional food from Indonesia. But, the only way is…I must cook it by myself so I have to try when I failed I must try again. So this is my way to make my wish, cireng! Let’s check it out… Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti / Acik Mdy To make Cireng : Seasoning : 2 cloves of garlic- mash these! Add salt as you like (1/2 ttsp or 1 ttsp) 1-2 ttsp white pepper powder Ingredients : 15 spoons of tapioca (I use super quality tapioca) 3 spoons of flour 5 spoons of tapioca to coat 250ml-300ml Boiled water 2 small oyster mushrooms- cut as you like Handful onion leaves (cut it first) Canola oil (to fry cireng) These are what you do… Take a bowl, place tapioca, flour, onion leaves, oyster mushroom, salt, white pepper powder, garlic that you mashed Pour water slowly…Stir this dough
