Kangkong Oyster Sauce

Do you like kangkong? Oh this is simple cooked and delicious one. Today I cooked this vegetable. I called it, Kangkong Oyster Sauce. You want to try…check out my recipe from my kitchen guys…Let’s roll!

Seasoning :

  • 2 red onions (shallots)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 fresh green chilies
  • 2 cherry tomatoes

cut/ chop all of these seasonings

Additional seasoning :

  • 1/2 ttsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp canola oil

Ingredient :

  • 1 pack kangkong
  • 100 ml water

These are what you do guys…

  • First, plucked and washed your kangkong
  • Heat oil on medium flame
  • Add seasonings that you chopped, saute until fragrant (about 2 minutes)
  • Pour water, few second, put your kangkong
  • Add salt and oyster sauce. Mix them well
  • Don’t too long to cook it guys…just make sure your kangkong wilted (about 3-5 minutes)
  • Serve it…
