Kangkong Oyster Sauce
Do you like kangkong? Oh this is simple cooked and delicious one. Today I cooked this vegetable. I called it, Kangkong Oyster Sauce. You want to try…check out my recipe from my kitchen guys…Let’s roll!
Seasoning :
- 2 red onions (shallots)
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 fresh green chilies
- 2 cherry tomatoes
cut/ chop all of these seasonings
Additional seasoning :
- 1/2 ttsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp canola oil
Ingredient :
- 1 pack kangkong
- 100 ml water
These are what you do guys…
- First, plucked and washed your kangkong
- Heat oil on medium flame
- Add seasonings that you chopped, saute until fragrant (about 2 minutes)
- Pour water, few second, put your kangkong
- Add salt and oyster sauce. Mix them well
- Don’t too long to cook it guys…just make sure your kangkong wilted (about 3-5 minutes)
- Serve it…
