Usually, I have always made chicken soup inspired by Indonesia chicken soup that is called "soto." But this recipe soup is slightly different because I picked warm and sweet spices which contain cinnamon. To enhance the flavor I added another ingredient to make it tastier! Are you ready, let's rock!
Ingredient:
- 450-500 g skinless and boneless - cut as you like
- 7-10 g of warming and sweet spice

- 15-20 g of salt (low sodium salt)
- 10 g of onion powder
- 7 g garlic powder
- 8-10 cloves shallot - chop them
- 6 cloves of garlic - chop them
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 2300 ml of water
These are what you do:
- Prepare a pot or big pan. Add olive oil, shallot, and garlic that you chopped. Turn on the stove on medium-low flame. Saute for about 3 minutes or until fragrant
- Add the skinless and boneless chicken breast. Stir together for about 5-7 minutes. Add more olive oil about 30 ml if necessary

So, that is it? YES! Easy even for the beginner. The most important thing is the taste is great! We can combine it with many varieties of vegetables from kale, cabbage, carrot, tomato, french bean, or even radish. But remember, if you are following Ichi's Fusion Recipes, basically, to eat my chicken soup I add lime and garnish with fried shallot. This time, I think it does not match and will break the cinnamon taste. Moreover, I did not add celery either to my warming and sweet chicken soup. In addition, I made veggie fritter with a curry taste!😋😁 my carbo was rice cake! Have I written how to make easy rice cake?🤔
