Last Sunday when we went grocery shopping I saw mixed spice that calls warming and sweet spice. A few seconds after reading the spice in it, it remains me of one of the Indonesian dishes that I discovered in the city where I study my Bachelor's degree; we, Indonesian, call it "tempe bacem." The main ingredient of this particular dish is fresh tempeh, boil with spices including sweet dark soy, then fry it. And I thought I should try that mixed spice and make "tempe bacem" in my style. Yeah, although you give me the original recipes, in my hand, it would become something else.π That is the reason why Ichi's recipes are fusion recipes.
