Let's check it out! 😉 Dinner idea: 1 baked tray mackerel & veggie and yellow sweet potatoes - Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti Ingredient: About 400 g of yellow sweet potatoes - I would like to choose Japanese sweet potato or Australian sweet potato 1 big yellow onion - cut it finely 200 g fillet mackerel 30 ml of oyster soy sauce 5 g of paprika powder 5 g of onion powder 3-5 g of garlic powder 2-3 g of black pepper powder 2 - 3 g of ginger powder 20-30 ml of olive oil Handful of broccoli 1 big tomato - cut in slice About 4 shiitake mushroom - cut them 1 g of low sodium salt to give a taste of the veggie 1 g of black pepper powder to give a taste of the veggie These are what you do: Wash the

Today I am going to share the easier meal dinner prep! Are you exciting? So, what we have today for dinner? Let's check it out! 😉 Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti / Acik Mdy Ingredient: Tilapia kabayaki - 1 pack is 1 slice. If you read my other article that talks about saba kabayaki then this is tilapia kabayaki. Usually, we buy this from grocery stores nearby. Handful corn, frozen one - or just enough for 2 serving Handful frozen veggie - or just enough for 2 serving Of course Japanese rice and furikake These are what you do: Bake the tilapia kabayaki for about 20-25 minutes - or read the instruction on the packaging Steam corn and mix veggie using the steamer. What we have today for dinner? Yes, tempura again! Let's check it out! 😉 1. Tempura grouper Ingredient:  250 g of grouper - I choose frozen grouper fillet (4 pieces) 30-40 ml of soy sauce Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti / Acik Mdy 2-4 g of paprika 2-3 g of garlic powder 2-3 g onion powder 1-2 g of ginger powder About 80 g of potato starch About 300 - 400 ml of canola oil These are what you do: Prepare the bowl, pour soy sauce, add onion powder, garlic, paprika, ginger. Mix them well Wash the grouper with warm water, and place them into the seasoning.
