Hi all of you, how you doing? I hope you are doing fine and so is your family. Remember, do not panic buying and hoarding, there are any other people or another family who needs foods and other stuff too. Please help each other as united people, do not let your neighbors or another family hungry. Stay safe and hang in there, stay strong 💪👊 Today I am gonna share one of my recipes from my kitchen. It's simple yet tasty, let's check it out!

1. Make potato fritter

Ingredient:
  • 2 potatoes - I use red potato
  • 50 - 70 gram of flour - I use Tesco flour

  • 2 egg - I use low cholesterol egg
  • 3-5 gram of salt
  • 2-3 gram of garlic powder
  • 2-3 gram of onion powder
  • Celery
  • About 200 ml of canola oil
These are what you do:
  • Bring boil the potato, then mash it

  • Crack the egg in a bowl (the same bowl for the mashed potato)
  • Add celery, salt, onion powder, garlic powder. Mix them well

  • Prepare to fry potato fritter, turn on the stove on medium-low flame

  • Wait for a few seconds then fry potato fritter until cooked, turn off the stove
  • Take aside and place them on kitchen paper
2. Make red spinach soup and prepare couscous
  • 80 g couscous - I use Tesco maize couscous

  • About 100 ml of water
  • 1/2 block of the chicken stock block
  • 1 pack red spinach
  • 1 block of the chicken stock
  • 800 ml of water
  • Salt
These are what you do:
  • Bring boil 100 ml of water (add 1/2 chicken stock block)
  • Pour boiling water on couscous, let the water absorbed 
  • Bring boil 800 ml of water (add 1 block of chicken stock)
  • Add spinach, and add salt if you need it. For me, I don't add salt. Let it cook for about 3 minutes
  • It's done, dinner is ready
3. Prepare dinner
  • Pour the red spinach soup in a bowl

  • Place the potato fritter and couscous in the same plate

  • Don't forget to eat fruit too!
