Hi all of you, how are you today? Today I would like to share my lunch box menu from my kitchen. My husband likes salted egg, so sometimes I buy it for him, boil at home. The most important for me, foods must be healthy with vegetables and also fruit. I can't eat without vegetables and fruit. Everything at home must be vegetables and fruits. Let's check it out how to make this lunch box!

Ingredient:
  • 1 duck salted egg
  • 8-10 quail eggs
  • Nori - Japanese seaweed
  • 1 cherry tomato
  • 2 asparagus
  • Carrot - cut it
  • Broccoli - cut it
  • Japanese white rice
  • Cabbage - cut it
  • 1/2 onion or 1 onion if it is small - Cut it
  • 1 ttsp or 1/2 tsp of salt to taste the white rice ball - Add salt as you like
  • 1-2 tsp Garlic and pepper to taste rice ball
  • Butter
These are what you do:
  • First, you have to cook Japanese white rice
  • Then boil the eggs, salted egg and quail eggs. Boil salted egg about 45 minutes - 1 hour, and 15 - 25 minutes to boil quail eggs.
  • Peel your quail eggs, and cut the salted egg in half
  • Add butter in a pan, just enough butter. Add onion, saute until fragrant
  • Add Japanese white rice, add cabbage, add salt, garlic, and pepper powder. Stir them well for about 5 to 10 minutes. Don't stop to stir until cooked. Take aside
  • Boil carrot, and broccoli about 2-3 minutes. Do not boil too long
  • Prepare rice ball: Take a handful of fried rice, make it like a ball
  • Put the nori on the edge of your rice ball
