Lunch Box Menu: Salad
Hi all of you, today I would love to share our Lunch Box Menu from my kitchen recipe. It’s simple, easy to cook, prepare, and…of course healthy foods. Do you like salad? I love salad! Sounds great, huh… Let’s check it out!
1. Salad, Baked Salmon, and Boiled Potatoes

Ingredient:
- Iceberg lettuce
- Purple cabbage
- 3 of potatoes – I used to choose Australian potato
- Salmon (as big as your palm, but it’s up to you)
- Japanese sesame sauce – for dressing your salad
- Salt
- Garlic and pepper powder
These are what you do:
- washed and cut iceberg lettuce and purple cabbage
- Boiled potatoes
- Washed salmon, then cover it with salt, garlic and pepper powder
- Baked in the oven for about 20 minutes, with a temperature 250 degrees
2. Salad, Boiled egg, and Boiled Potatoes

Ingredient:
- Iceberg lettuce
- Purple cabbage
- 1 of carrot egg
- 3 of potatoes – I used to choose Australian potato
- Japanese sesame sauce – for dressing your salad
These are what you do:
- washed and cut iceberg lettuce and purple cabbage
- Boiled egg, and potatoes
- Then arrange your salad
Simple to prepare and to cook, right? Now you can bring your own lunch, and of course healthy foods inside. And don’t forget to bring fruit to complete your lunch box
