Teriyaki Meatball

  Do you like meatball/ beef meatball??…Let’s cook them in different kind. This is my recipe from my kitchen. Check out guys…. Seasoning : 4 red onions 2 cloves garlic fresh green chilies (add chili as you like) Mash all of these seasoning Additional seasoning : 2cm bulb galangal black pepper powder (add as you like- little a bit) ginger powder (little a bit/ add as you like) salt (as you like) teriyaki sauce (1-2 tsp) 1 tsp canola oil/ sunflower oil Ingredients : 10 Beef meatball, cut in half 5 dried tofu, cut in half These are what you do… Put beef meatball into a bowl. Add seasonings that you mashed and teriyaki sauce. Mix them well. Then put them into fridge, about 30 minutes/ 1 hour After 30 minutes/ 1 hour, take beef meatball. Heat the oil on medium flame. Put beef meatball, few second put dried tofu. Few second, add galangal, black pepper, ginger, salt, together. Mix them well all of these seasonings and ingredients, and serve it! Simple cooking…it’s

Ladyfinger Oyster Sauce

Check out my recipe from my kitchen… Seasoning : 4 cloves of shallot 2 cloves of garlic if you like spicy, add some chilies Chop all these seasonings! Ingredients : Some fresh ladyfingers        Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti / Acik Mdy salt (add salt as you like) oyster sauce (about 2 tsp) 4-6 tsp canola oil/ sunflower oil to fry ladyfingers 1 tsp to saute seasonings Little a bit silverfish These are what you do : Wash ladyfingers, and cut them as you like Put a frying pan on the stove, pour 4-6 oil add ladyfinger, fry them until the stickiness is gone Remove the ladyfingers from pan keep aside In another pan, add 1 tsp oil, put seasonings that you chopped, and add silverfish. Fry them until fragrant add ladyfingers, mix it well. few seconds, add salt and oyster sauce The last, serve it….

Enoki Mushroom Omelette

This is my recipe from my kitchen…! Seasoning : 4 red onions 2 cloves garlic 1 ttsp salt (add salt as you like guys…) add chili if you like hot and spicy omelette (I put bird chilies this time) Mash all of these seasoning! Ingredients : 6 eggs Enoki mushroom (Add as you like…) Mozzarella grated (add as you like) 6 tsp canola oil/ sunflower oil These are what you do… Crack the eggs into a bowl, put seasonings that you mashed. Beat them well Put a frying pan, pour the oil, heat it on the medium flame add your eggs guys..le’s it spread out when the omelette begins to cook and firm up, but still has a little raw egg on top, put enoki mushrooms on top of it, then few second sprinkles over the mozzarella. Heat down to slow flame. Let’s it fully cooked and slide the omelette on

Nori-Veggie Omelette

I like the omelette! But sometimes I want to eat omelette in another tasty. So, these are my omelette recipes from my kitchen. Check out… Seasoning : 4 cloves of shallot 2 cloves garlic 1 ttsp salt (add as you like) 3 red chilies (add bird chili if you like hot and spicy) Mash all of these seasonings Ingredients : 6 eggs 4-6 baby carrots (cut as you like) 2-3 green peas (cut as you like) 4 cherry tomatoes (cut in dice) capsicum (any color, put little a bit, and cut as you like) nori (the sushi seaweed) 6 tsp canola oil/sunflower oil These are what you do… Crack the eggs into a bowl. add seasonings that you mashed, put baby carrots, green peas, tomatoes, beat well Put a frying pan, pour the oil, heat it on low flame add your eggs, and move the pan around to spread them out evenly put the sheet of nori on top of it right away as soon as possible Press the whole frying egg right on top of nori until the oil completely covering the egg and nori

Lemon Fish Stew

  Today I cooked fish again. But now, I made something special about tasty! Yes! This is it…Lemon Fish Stew! Come check out my recipe from my kitchen. let’s cook! Seasoning : 6 cloves red onion 4 cloves garlic 1 tsp salt (add as you like guys…) 1 ttsp coriander 1 candlenut 2 cm bulb galangal 2 cm bulb yellow ginger 2 key lime leaves 3 red chilies (add more bird chili if you like hot and spicy) Mash all of these seasonings! Additional seasoning : 1 ttsp ginger powder 2 bay leaves 4 stalk lemon grass (each about 5 cm) 2 lemon (squeezing it before) celery (add as you like and chopped) Ingredients : 1/2 dozen rastrelliger fish (about 6-8 fish) – or you can use any fish as you like 800 ml water 50 ml-70ml coconut cream 1 tsp canola oil to saute sesaoning These are what you do…. wash the fish, and pour it with lemon water Heat the oil on medium flame Add the seasonings that you mashed, lemongrass, bay leaves.   In another day, I made this soup guys…I called it sausage soup. Check out my recipe from my kitchen! Seasoning : 3 red onions 4 cloves garlic 1tsp salt (add as you like) 1 cm bulb galangal 1 candlenut if you like spicy and hot you can add chili Mash all these seasonings! Additional seasonings : 1/2 ttsp ginger powder 1/2 ttsp white pepper powder dried onions Ingredients : sausage (add as you like and cut as you like too) 50 gram seaweed tofu (cut in dice sharp) green peas (just little a bit) 6 cherry tomatoes (cut as you like) 800 ml water How to make this soup… Boil water in a pot. Add seasonings that you mashed Add ginger powder and white pepper powder Put sausage first. few second, put seaweed tofu, green peas, and tomatoes. Let’s them fully cooked. just five minutes Serve it, and put dried onions on top of it Simple, easy, and delicious! you must to try!

Vegetables Soup

  Do you like soup? What kind of soup you like…Let’s cook it. This is my recipe! Seasoning : 6 red onions 4 cloves garlic 1 tsp salt (add as you like) 1 pieces candlenut 1 ttsp coriander 1 ttsp white pepper if you like spicy and hot, you can add chili Mash all these seasonings! Ingredients : 800 ml water baby carrot (add as you like and cut it) white cabbage (add as you like and cut it) 2 red potatoes (cut in dice) green peas (add as you like and cut it) dried red onions celery (little a bit) How to make Vegetables Soup… Boil water in a pot. Put seasonings that you mashed put baby carrot, potatoes, cabbage, and green peas, celery, together. Let’s them cooked. Just 5 minutes! Serve it and put dried red onions on top of it! Simple and delicious! You must to try!

Smelt Fish Soup

This is a recipe from my kitchen! Seasoning : 6 cloves of shallot 4 cloves garlic 3 red chili peppers (if you like spicy and hot add more bird chilies) 1tsp salt (as you like) 2 cm bulb galangal 2 cm bulb yellow ginger mash all these seasonings! Ingredients : 1/2 dozen fresh smelt fish (about 6-8 pieces) canola oil/ sunflower oil (to coat the bottom of the pan) maybe 50ml. Sambal / Traditional Indonesian Sauce

Sambal/ Traditional Indonesian sauce - Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti / Acik Mdy This recipe about hot and spicy guys…We called it “Sambal” or Tradisional Indonesian Sauce. There are many various recipes of sambals…And this is a recipe from my kitchen! Ingredients : 5 chili peppers (you can add more as you like) 8 cloves of  shallots 4 cloves of garlic 6 cherry tomatoes/honey cherry tomatoes 1 tsp salt (add as you like) 1 piece of shrimp paste or 1 tsp shrimp paste 1 tsp canola oil/ sunflower oil These are what you do: Preheat oil in a pan on medium heat. Put all of the ingredients, except salt. Cook until looks wilted. Just about 5-10 minutes. Transfer the cooked ingredients on the stone mortar. add salt, then mash all of the ingredients by your hand with a pestle on the stone mortar. Remember, this is very important, don’t use a food processor. The secret of ingredient about sambal is….” all of the ingredients are freshly prepared with stone mortar”

Sambal Sardine And Boiled Spinach

  This is my recipe, Sambal Sardine! # Seasoning : 4 cloves red onions, 2 cloves garlics, salt as you like, 1ttsp white pepper, 1ttsp coriander, 2cm galangal, chilli as you like, 1/2ttsp ginger, 2 pieces lime leaves. Mash all of these seasonings! # Ingredients : 2tsp teriyaki sauce, 1tsp canola oil, 1 yellow capsicum (remove the seed and cut in dice shape). If you have pineapple you can put it-cut in dice shape!, 2 small canned sardine. How to make… preheat oil, put seasonings that you mashed, and capsicum. put sardine. Mix them well and serve it!   The second recipe is boiled spinach! How to make.. cut spinach as you like and boil it. serve spinach with soy sauce. these menu are delicious guys…really good for you dinner time! Bring your experience in dinner

Tahu Isi (Indonesian Gourmet)

  This is Indonesian gourmet guys.., named “tahu isi” or fried tofu with vegetables! # Seasoning : 6 cloves onions, 3 cloves garlics, 1ttsp coriander, 1 candlenut, 1ttsp salt (as you like), 2cm yellow ginger (as you like). Mash all of these seasonings. # Ingredients : 250gr flavor (you can add more). 10 pieces fried tofu, mix vegetable (you can find it in the supermarket), canola oil/ sunflower oil. How to make… Cut through the side of tofu, fill them with mix vegetable. Delute the flavor with water. Dip tofu to the flavor dough. Preheat oil, fry tofu until golden brown. Serve, and eat it with fresh green chilli. Try this one…believe me it’s crispy!

Soto (My Soto Recipe)

    This is Soto that I made. You want to try….It’s delicious! check this out my soto recipe! # Seasoning 1 : 10 cloves red onions, 6 cloves garlic, 1 ttsp white pepper, 1ttsp coriander, chilli (as you like), candlenut (if you can find it in the market, but I am not use it). Mash all of these seasonings # Seasoning 2 : 2 stalks lemon grass (cut by 5cm), 2cm galangal, salt (as you like). # Ingredients : 2 L water, 250gr boneless chicken meat, red cabbage (cut as you like), bean sprout (add it as you like), celery (chop it),add glass noodle as many as you like (before use glass noodle you must dip it into hot water), sweet soy sauce, key lime, dried onions How to make… Boil water in a pot. Put chicken, seasoning 1, and seasoning 2. Cook until the chicken is tender. We called it broth. When the chicken is tender, you can fry it in frying pan. Cheese-Veggie Omelette

  Look carefully…is this pizza? NO! this is omelette, but I made it in such a special look. this my recipe! # Seasoning : 5 cloves red onions, 3 cloves garlics, 1 ttsp salt, 3 fresh red chillis (as you like). Mash all of these seasonings! # Ingredients : 6 eggs, celery as you like (chop it), Chinese spinach (cut as you like), 3 cherry tomatoes (cut in dice), mozzarella cheese grated (as you like), 5 tsp canola oil. How to make…. Crack the eggs into bowl, beat until yolk and white are completely mixed. put seasoning that you mashed, spinach, celery. Mix them well, and then put tomatoes. Preheat the oil, put the eggs, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of it. Let it fully cooked. Try this one, it’s easy and very soft in tasty!

Bakso Ulek Sayur

  This is Bakso Ulek Sayur. I made it in my creation, this is my kitchen recipe! # Seasoning : 6 cloves red onions, 4 cloves garlics, salt as you like, 1 ttsp white pepper, chilli as you like. Mash all of these seasonings. # Ingredients : 10 beef meatball (cut in half), chinese spinach (cut as you like), sweet corn, celery (cut as you like) How to make… 1. Boiled 1,5 L water with seasoning. put beef meatball. 2. After few minuts, put chinese spinach and sweet corn. stir them well. 3. serve it with dried onions, and celery. Simply and delicious! Javanese Fried Noodles / Mie Goreng Jawa

  We called it Mie Goreng Jawa or Javanese Fried Noodle. I made it special, check out my recipe! # Seasoning 1 : 4 cloves red onions, 2 cloves garlic, salt as you like, 1 ttsp coriander, 1 candlenut, 1/2 ttsp white pepper, chilli as you like. Mash all of these seasoning. # Seasoning 2 : 2 tsp teriyaki sauce, black pepper powder, 1 tsp canola oil. # Ingredients : 400 gr hokkien mie (yellow medium size noodle), white bottom mushroom (slice as you like), sausage (cut as you like), beef meatball (cut into half), celery (chop it), half big yellow capsicum (cut into dice shape/ cut as you like), cherry tomatoes (cut into half), 2 eggs How to make…. 1. preheat the oil, put seasoning 1, and capsicum 2. Quickly put 2 eggs, stir well with seasoning for 1 minute until it smells good. 3. put noodle, stir well. Put sausage, beeef meatball. mushroom. Flower Egg

  Guess…What is this guys…? May be it’s like omellete. But I called it Flower Egg! Check this out the recipe! #Ingredients : 5 eggs, 1 big of capsicum (any color you want), grated    mozzarella, 4tsp canola oil #How to make…. 1. Cut capsicum on top and botton side, remove the seeds, then cut into ring shape. 2. Preheat the oil, put capsicum into the frying pan first. break the egg put into the middle of capsicum. 3. turn in it up side down quickly, after few second turn it back. 4. put mozzarella grated on top of it. cooked well and served it with a bit of celery and tomato. Simple cooked, easy, and you will like it!
