I hope you are in good shape even if we are in a pandemic situation. Hopefully, we can get through this hard time together, support each other, and help people who need help.  Speaking of which, I am going to share this recipe. To be honest, it was the first time I made this kind of pancake by using potato as the main ingredient. It sounds great, isn't it? First, we can easy to find potatoes in the market. Second, the potato has a price that won't drug our money deep!  Talking about the potato, back then when I lived in my hometown, we used to cook soup with potato as one of the ingredients. Besides cooking soup, we often pick potato as one of the ingredients for doughnut recipes, and the small size of pancake that called "perkedel."  It means potato is the common base of our food sources. I have seen many restaurants offer package healthy menu to attract more customers. However, as far as I can see, the price that we have to pay for those meals consider high-priced. Here in this article, I wanna show you the fact that eating well is affordable to everyone! I have no clue why the price for a salad menu is priceless for at least we need to spend $ 7 per menu. The other day I saw advertising for a healthy menu that was overpriced. When I saw the menu they offered, well, I can say it is my regular menu at home, for instance, a meal that consists of stir-fry vegetables, baked chicken or fish, and rice. It sounds like daily basic food in our life, isn't it? But how do we have to pay about $20 per meal?🤔🤷‍♀️
