It's almost 2020, are you ready going somewhere to celebrate it? Or having a party at home with friends? Well, this menu could be an idea for dinner tonight. Easy, simple, and tasty. The most important thing, it's healthy. No meat? Yes, no meat because I can't eat any kind of meat. If there is any someone who allergic to vegetable, then I am the one who can't eat meat, because I just I can't. I am not vegetarian either. Focus on this menu, let's check it out! Ingredient: 2 egg - I like carrot egg 1 block tempeh 4 spoons of tempura batter 5 gram of salt - low sodium salt (it's your choice, how much salt you want to put it) 5 gram of onion powder 2,5 gram of garlic powder 100 ml or 130 ml of cold water Carrot - cut carrot for two serving Purple cabbage - cut cabbage for t

My notebook is broken 😒 so I couldn't update my recipe from my kitchen. But today I am happy because I can share my kitchen recipe again! Do you like meatball recipe? This is one of our favorites foods at home. Let's check it out! Ingredient: Beef meatball - 5 small meatball Some carrot Purple cabbage and white cabbage Cherry tomatoes Fried shallots 1 - 2 ttsp of onion powder 1/2 - 1 ttsp of garlic powder 1 ttsp of black pepper powder pinch of salt (add salt as you like) 300 ml - 400 ml of water These are what you do: Boil water and add meatball. Add onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper powder. Let it boil for about 3-5 minutes Add carrot. Mix them well, let it cook for about 2 minutes Add cabbage (purple and white). This is a bonus that I am going to share another menu. And it is a dinner idea. Yes, tempura, tempura, again, and again... We love tempura! And now it's tempura tofu. Let's check it out! Today I am going to share one of our favorite menus at home. This is a simple and easy to prepare a meal at home. I like easy and quick cooking because I don't have much time to work in the kitchen. Let's check it out! Ingredient: 750 g of red potatoes Pea sprouts (2 portions) 6-8 of a small sausage Some cherry tomatoes Parmesan Japanese dressing Butter These are what you do: Boil the potatoes While you are boiling the potatoes, you can bake the sausage Arrange the sausage on a tray. Add some butter among them Bake for about 15 minutes - 20 minutes in the oven (200 degrees Celcius and 150 degrees Celcius). Well, last Sunday I cooked this menu, it is tempeh! Yes, tempeh is a superfood. And we love it! This is one of my recipes on how to cook the tempeh.  Let's check it out! I have this one and we like it. Easy and simple cooking at home yet tasty. You will like it! Let's check it out! Ingredient: 2 turkey bacon 2 or 3 sausage - cut as you like Potatoes - you can use fries potatoes Pea sprout Japanese dressing 1/2 ttsp of black pepper powder Butter - little a bit These are what you do: Cover the bacon and sausage with black pepper powder Layer the baking tray with aluminum foil Place the bacon and sausage on a baking tray Add butter or you can use olive oil Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees celsius Cook for about 7-10 minutes It's done! take aside Do the same way to cook the potatoes without black pepper powder Arrange your dinner meal: Place the pea sprout first. Well.. I have this one, butter veggie meatball, boiled eggs, and plain crackers. Easy cooking and prepare, and don't worry it's a tasty meal for lunch. Let's check it out!
