Dinner menu: boiled asparagus, fried tempeh, and omelette

And, today I would love to share with all of you about one of my favorite foods. These are a healthy menu, easy to cook, and you will like it. Let’s check it out Ingredient: 2 Asparagus Cabbage French beans 1 big tomato Tempeh 3 Eggs Canola oil as needed Water 100-200 ml to mix tempeh and seasoning and 500 ml – 800ml of water to boil vegetables Seasoning: Salt (add salt as you like) 4 cloves of shallot 2-3 cloves of garlic 1 ttsp – 2 ttsp garlic powder 1/2 or 1 ttsp coriander powder add chili if you like hot and spicy soya or soy sauce These are what you do: 1. Fried Tempeh How to fry tempeh, this is the way how to fry tempeh: Cut tempeh as you like Take a bowl, pour water, add garlic powder, add coriander, and add tempeh. But, I give you my recipe that could change your mind about bitter gourd. Because this is healthy food. Let’s check it out! Seasoning: 6 cloves of shallot (chopped) 3-4 cloves of garlic (chopped) 1 ttsp of shrimp paste Salt (add salt as you like) Ingredients: 4 small of bitter gourd 1- 2 white tofu (cut in dice or as you like) a little a bit butter ( to saute seasoning) 100-200 ml of water These are what you do: Peeled bitter gourd, and wash them Remove the seeds and cut into pieces Soak bitter gourd about 10-15 minutes Drain bitter gourd Heat the butter on medium flame Add garlic and onion, saute them until fragrance Add shrimp paste, mix them well Add bitter gourd, mix them for about 5-7 minutes Then add tofu,

And you would love it because this menu is simple cooking. sounds great, right? I think this is great and looks easy to cook.
