Dinner menu: boiled asparagus, fried tempeh, and omelette

Asparagus…do you like it? Well, I like vegetables, really..really…like! And, today I would love to share with all of you about one of my favorite foods. These are a healthy menu, easy to cook, and you will like it. Let’s check it out Be right back

Ingredient:
  • 2 Asparagus
  • Cabbage
  • French beans
  • 1 big tomato
  • Tempeh
  • 3 Eggs
  • Canola oil as needed
  • Water 100-200 ml to mix tempeh and seasoning
  • and 500 ml – 800ml of water to boil vegetables
Seasoning:
  • Salt (add salt as you like)
  • 4 cloves of shallot
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 ttsp – 2 ttsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 or 1 ttsp coriander powder
  • add chili if you like hot and spicy
  • soya or soy sauce
These are what you do:

1. Fried Tempeh
How to fry tempeh, this is the way how to fry tempeh:
  • Cut tempeh as you like
  • Take a bowl, pour water, add garlic powder, add coriander, and add tempeh. Mix them well
  • Heat wok and add oil. When the oil is heated, carefully add tempeh pieces into wok
  • Fry tempeh until fully cook
  • then drain on paper towels
2. Omelette
  • Gently beat the eggs together in a bowl
  • Add shallot and garlic that chopped
  • Add salt as you like
  • You can add celery if you like
  • Add chili if you like hot and spicy
  • Heat butter (or you can use 5 tsp canola oil)
  • Pour the eggs and cook for a few seconds, until the bottom of the omelette is lightly set. And cook omelette until fully cooked
  • Remove the omelette from the pan, and cut in pieces
3. Boiled vegetables
  • Cut asparagus and wash them
  • Cut cabbage as you like and wash
  • Washed french beans
  • Washed tomato
  • Boil all of the vegetables (asparagus, cabbage, and french beans)
  • And take a side
How to serve asparagus dinner set, these are what you do:

  • Take a plate
  • Place asparagus first, and french beans
  • Place fried tempeh, tomato, and cabbage
  • The last, place omelette
  • Take a bowl
  • Place white rice (Okame rice or any other Japanese rice)
  • Sprinkle with furikake
  • And the last, serve it with soy sauce or soya
  • Enjoy your healthy meal
