Stir Fried Bitter Gourd

Hi, all of you… Today I would love to share one of my kitchen recipes. Do you like bitter gourd? I believe many of you hate this vegetable, right? But, I give you my recipe that could change your mind about bitter gourd. Because this is healthy food. Let’s check it out!
Seasoning:
- 6 cloves of shallot (chopped)
- 3-4 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 1 ttsp of shrimp paste
- Salt (add salt as you like)
Ingredients:
- 4 small of bitter gourd
- 1- 2 white tofu (cut in dice or as you like)
- a little a bit butter ( to saute seasoning)
- 100-200 ml of water
These are what you do:
- Peeled bitter gourd, and wash them
- Remove the seeds and cut into pieces
- Soak bitter gourd about 10-15 minutes
- Drain bitter gourd
- Heat the butter on medium flame
- Add garlic and onion, saute them until fragrance
- Add shrimp paste, mix them well
- Add bitter gourd, mix them for about 5-7 minutes
- Then add tofu, mix them
- pour water, and add salt. Let it fully cook or until the water is dry
- The last serve stir-fried bitter gourd
