Mix Veggie With Dried Split Fish

Hi, all of you…Long-time no see. Today I would love to share with you one of my kitchen recipes. This is healthy foods and of course great and tasty. And you would love it because this menu is simple cooking. sounds great, right? What are you waiting for, let’s check it outBe right back

Seasoning:
  • 6-8 cloves of shallot - chopped your shallot or cut as you like
  • 4 cloves of garlic – chopped your garlic or cut as you like
  • 1-2 tsp oyster sauce
  • salt (add salt as you like)
Ingredients:
  • Handful dried split fish, wash this fish before cooking
  • White button mushrooms, 4-6 medium size (cut as you like)
  • Chinese cabbage, add some, cut as you like
  • Broccoli, add some or as you like
  • Carrot, add some and cut as you like
  • 1 big tomato, cut as you like
  • Butter, little a bit to saute seasoning
  • and 150 ml – 200 ml of water
These are what you do:
  • Heat butter on medium flame, add garlic and onion. saute them until fragrance.
  • Add dried split fish, saute them together
  • Add all of the vegetables, mix them well
  • pour water, salt, and oyster sauce. mix them well
  • let them fully cook, about 5-7minutes
  • And serve it
