Stir-fried Kangkong Anchovy

Yesterday I cooked kangkong guys… Kangkong is one of my favorite vegetables. This is my way to cook kangkong, let’s check my recipe from my kitchen!
Seasoning :
- 3 cloves of shallot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- chili (Add as you like)
- 4 cherry tomatoes
Chop/ cut all of these seasonings!
Additional seasoning :
- handful of anchovy
- salt (add as you like)
Ingredients :
- 1 pack of kangkong
- little a bit of butter ( to sauté seasonings)
- 50-100 ml of water
These are what you do guys…
- plucked and washed kangkong
- heat the butter on medium flame
- Add seasoning that you chopped, and anchovy. Sauté them until fragrant about 3 minutes
- Add kangkong
- Pour water, add salt, stir them (about 3 minutes)
- Serve it…
