Stir-fried Kangkong Anchovy

Yesterday I cooked kangkong guys… Kangkong is one of my favorite vegetables. This is my way to cook kangkong, let’s check my recipe from my kitchen! Be right back
Seasoning :
  • 3 cloves of shallot
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • chili (Add as you like)
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
Chop/ cut all of these seasonings!

Additional seasoning :
  • handful of anchovy
  • salt (add as you like)
Ingredients :
  • 1 pack of kangkong
  • little a bit of butter ( to sauté seasonings)
  • 50-100 ml of water
These are what you do guys…
  • plucked and washed kangkong
  • heat the butter on medium flame
  • Add seasoning that you chopped, and anchovy. Sauté them until fragrant about 3 minutes
  • Add kangkong
  • Pour water, add salt, stir them (about 3 minutes)
  • Serve it…
