What the hell...is that really risotto? 😅 Neither fried rice nor risotto, I call it dried risotto. As usual, this is Ichi's Fusion Recipes which means cooking in a way that I am comfortable with the taste and the ingredients.  Talking about risotto, I haven't eaten this dish before, however, I would like to make it in my style, not the original recipe, which is fusion food.  Moreover, I create it in an easy step that would be easy for the beginner in the kitchen. Furthermore, this recipe suits every one of you who has scramble time in your regular basis life. How have you been? Hope you are safe and sound! Today I would like to share a special trick or the easy way how I can still cook healthy food at home while having scramble time. I guess this is crucial for us or everyone who has always been busy yet willing to prepare the meals at home as we consider the health of our family. These are my quick and less preparation cooking! First of all, I am not a fan of buying food outside which means eating out or taking away food. Today I am going to share one of our favorite food which were sukiyaki saba and noodles. Like I have always done before, I make it easy and quick to prepare. Let's check it out! 1.
