Today I wanna share special fried rice inspired by "nasi uduk"  and "nasi kuning." I call it fragrant yellow fried rice with tiger prawn & rosemary. The taste is great and fantastic! Furthermore, this recipe is easy and less ingredient. It sounds, good? "Nasi uduk" is one of the Indonesian menus that popular among university students for breakfast when I was in university life. However, it wasn't my menu since I had a tight budget. A cheaper bread was enough for my breakfast even until today I kept this habit.😅

The good news that we now reopen phase 3 in Singapore which means people who crave to eat in their favorite restaurant could finally smile as now dining in is allowed with a max of 5 people. Meanwhile, I am pretty much satisfied with the home cooking that I have always prepared🤗 Today's recipe is the skinless and boneless chicken breast which I have believed many of you have already known, it has provided high protein yet lower in calories. So, I am curious what your Saturday dinner🤔 For me, I would like to use any kind of vegetables in my fridge on weekend and cook a quick and easy dinner that won't consume my time in the kitchen. I got an idea to celebrate the weekend by ordering pizza and you call it pizza day when both my husband and I take a rest and free from the kitchen. It sounds relieving since we can sit down, watch television, without worrying about what's for dinner this Saturday. However, I suffered from diarrhea for about 3 days after ate pizza. I hope your day is also bright like Sunflower has always happy to see the Sun. What we got here? I have pan-fry saba, also known as mackerel for the dish today! Inspired by my Japanese friend that is also like mackerel I create this dish. Yes, the Japanese loves fishes and vegetables on a daily basis meal. There is must be a protein that gets it from fishes, egg, or meat, and other vitamins on their plate that comes from vegetables and fruit.
