Today I would like to share my lunch box menu from my kitchen. My husband likes salted egg, so sometimes I buy it for him, boil at home. The most important for me, foods must be healthy with vegetables and also fruit. I can't eat without vegetables and fruit. Everything at home must be vegetables and fruits. Let's check it out how to make this lunch box! Ingredient: 1 duck salted egg 8-10 quail eggs Nori - Japanese seaweed 1 cherry tomato 2 asparagus Carrot - cut it Broccoli - cut it Japanese white rice Cabbage - cut it 1/2 onion or 1 onion if it is small - Cut it 1 ttsp or 1/2 tsp of salt to taste the white rice ball - Add salt as you like 1-2 tsp Garlic and pepper to taste rice ball Butter These are what you do: First, you have to cook Japanese wh

Today I would like to share our lunch box menu from my kitchen. Let's check it out! Ingredient: 4 potatoes - I would like to choose Australian potatoes Half pack of french bean Tempeh, about a handful 2 carrot eggs Cherry tomato 2 asparagus Mozarella Butter Canola oil 3 cloves of shallot, cut it 2 cloves of garlic, cut it Black pepper sauce about 4 tsp Celery Salt to taste omelet Water about 100 ml These are what you do: Boil potatoes, and wash them before. Cut in half if you like, just an option Boil your asparagus Crack the eggs in a bowl. Add salt and celery. Beat it Fry the eggs in a pan with canola oil. Just enough canola oil about 2-3 tsp Take aside and place your omelet on a kitchen towel or kitchen paper Add butter in a pan, add shallot and garlic. Fry th

Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti / Acik Mdy Ingredients: Soba (Japanese Noodles) Soba Sauce - Because our soba sauce are out stock we use Japanese dressing Green peas Carrot Salted egg 1 small sweet potato 1 green/ red/ orange/ yellow bell pepper - it's up to you 1/2 ttsp of salt 1 ttsp of  garlic and black pepper a handful of edamame Canola oil to fry tempura 2 tsp of tempura batter (Japanese tempura batter) 100 ml - 150 ml of cold water These are what you do: Lunch Box Menu: Soba, edamame, boiled carrot, and boiled green peas. Today I would love to share our lunch box menu recipe from my kitchen. Sounds, great? Yeah, of course, it would better to bring our own lunch. It’s healthy and tasty Let’s rock! Today I would love to share a lunch box menu recipe from my kitchen. Let’s check it out Ingredients: 1 portion white rice. And I would like to choose Japanese rice 8-10 quail eggs 6-7 Slices of tempeh 2 tsp of tempura batter (Japanese tempura batter) 2 sheets of nori (Japanese seaweed), cut it salt and pepper (just add as you like) taste it before cooking tempura tempeh 1 ttsp of salt to give a taste of fried rice 1 ttsp of black pepper/ white pepper to give a taste of fried rice Carrot Broccoli green peas Canola oil to fry tempura tempeh Butter to saute onion 1 onion, chop it, or cut as you like These are what you do: Boil quail eggs first Heat butter on the pan, add the onion. Saute it until fragrance about 2-3 minutes
