Fried Egg Chili Tomato Sauce

Today I cooked egg. What!! Egg again?! Believe me, it’s really..really delicious. Just try to cook it if you want to find another taste. This is my recipe from my kitchen. Seasoning : 4 red onions 2 cloves garlic 6 red chilies 6 cherry tomatoes 2 cm yellow ginger 1 ttsp salt (add as you like) Mash all of these seasonings! Additional Seasoning : 2 cm galangal 1 sheet of bay leaf Ingredient : 6 eggs 400 ml water Canola oil These are what you do guys… Heat the oil on small flame. Crack the egg on pan. Fry it, one by one until golden brown (just if you like in golden brown color). ( 2tsp canola oil for fry one egg) pour 1tsp canola oil into another pan. Heat the oil on medium flame Add seasoning that you mashed, galangal, and bay leaf. Saute them until fragrant (about 2 minutes) Pour water and put your fried eggs. Oyster Mushroom Bakwan (Indonesian Gourmet)

  This is one of Indonesian gourmet guys…And yes, it’s most popular gourmet. But…I made this one so special. Why? Because I put unusual ingredient, that “oyster mushroom”. So, just check out my recipe from my kitchen! Seasoning : 6 red onions 3-4 cloves garlic 1 ttsp coriander 5 cm yellow ginger 4 ttsp salt (add as you like) Mash all of these seasonings Ingredients : 500g flour 800 ml water 4 sheet of red cabbages (cut as you like, make sure it in small pieces) 1 pack grey oyster mushroom (about 100g-150g). Cut as you like Spring onion (add as you like and cut in small pieces) canola oil to fry it (about 500ml maybe more..), just make sure your dough can swimming. Kangkong Oyster Sauce

Do you like kangkong? Oh this is simple cooked and delicious one. Today I cooked this vegetable. I called it, Kangkong Oyster Sauce. You want to try…check out my recipe from my kitchen guys…Let’s roll! Seasoning : 2 red onions (shallots) 1 clove garlic 4 fresh green chilies 2 cherry tomatoes cut/ chop all of these seasonings Additional seasoning : 1/2 ttsp salt 1/2 tsp oyster sauce 1 tsp canola oil Ingredient : 1 pack kangkong 100 ml water These are what you do guys… First, plucked and washed your kangkong Heat oil on medium flame Add seasonings that you chopped, saute until fragrant (about 2 minutes) Pour water, few second, put your kangkong Add salt and oyster sauce. Mix them well Don’t too long to cook it guys…just make sure your kangkong wilted (about 3-5 minutes) Serve it… Simple right…So what are you waiting for….just try it!

Green Chili Fish Soup

Today I made this soup. It’s not only soup, but this is special soup….this is my recipe from my kitchen. Check this out! Seasonings : 6 red onions 4 cloves garlic 2 pieces candlenut 6-8 fresh green chilies (you can add more if you like hot and spicy) 4 ttsp salt (or add as you like) 1 ttsp coriander 2 cm bulb yellow ginger Mash all of these seasonings Additional seasoning : 2 stalk lemon grass (each about 5 cm) 1 sheet of bay leaf 800 ml water 1 tsp canola oil to saute 100g until 125g fresh coconut milk 2 cm bulb galangal Ingredients : smelt fish (half dozen or 6-8 pieces) These are what you do… Heat oil on medium flame add seasonings that you mashed, lemon grass, and galangal. Saute them (about 2 minutes). Pour water and let it boil Then, pour coconut milk in boiled seasonings water put your fish, and put bay leaf. Let it fully cooked (about 10-15 minutes) Serve it…. That’s delicious….This is good menu in the rainy day….

Honey Chicken Mint

  The actually I don’t like chicken. But I cooked this one for my husband. So,  this is my recipe from my kitchen. Check this out! Seasoning : 6 red onions 4 cloves garlic 1 ttsp coriander 1 of candlenut 2 stalk lemon grass (each about 5 cm) red chili padi (add as you like) 1 ttsp salt (add as you like) Mash all of these seasonings Additional seasoning : 2 tsp honey (if you don’t like sweet, just put 1 tsp honey) 2 fresh mint leaves 2 cm bulb galangal 1 tsp canola oil to saute seasonings 600 ml water Ingredient : 250 g chicken boneless (cut as you like) These are what you do guys… heat oil on medium flame add seasonings that you mashed, lemon grass, and galangal. Saute them until fragrant (about 2 minutes) and then pour water and put the chicken leave them until the chicken tender (about 10-15 minutes) Put mint leaves and honey in the same time Let it fully cooked ( about 5-10 minutes) the last…serve it…!   try this one, it’s delicious
