Hi all of you, how are you today? Today I would like to share with you what I am eating for lunch. Yeah, this is my kitchen recipe. I want to cook something fresh, quick, easy, and tasty. Because I don't have much time to cook for to long. So this is my recipe, check it out!
Ingredients:
- 1 Carrot egg - this is low cholesterol egg
- 1/2 packed of french beans
- Tempeh - I need 1/2 tempeh
- 4 cloves of shallot - cut it
- 2 cloves of garlic - cut it
- 2-4 tsp of black pepper sauce
- 100 ml of water
- 3 cloves of shallot to taste omelet
- 1-2 cloves of garlic to taste omelet
- Spring onion, cut it - to taste omelette
- Little a bit of salt to taste omelette (add salt as you like)
- Butter to cook tempeh and french beans black pepper
- Canola oil about 3 tsp
These are what you do:
- Crack the egg, add salt, shallot, and garlic
- Add spring onion, beat it for a second
- Heat canola oil on a pan
- Pour your egg, let it for few seconds then flip it
- Take aside, and place omelet on a kitchen towel or kitchen pepper
- Heat butter in a pan, add shallot, and garlic. Saute them until fragrant
- Add tempeh, stir them well about 2-4 minutes
- Add French beans, mix them well about few second
- Pour water, and add black pepper sauce
- Stir french beans and tempeh about 2-3 minutes
- It is done! Arrange them in a plate
- Serve omelet, tempeh, and french beans black pepper with a fruit
