But, this is the first time I cook this menu by myself. And, I love dashi to taste. it has a beautiful taste! How to cook Oden by yourself at home, these are what you do Ingredients: Dashi (Japanese soup base). I use 2 tea bags Vegetables (shiitake mushroom, chinese cabbage) fishball (I use chili fish ball), lobster ball, crab flavored stick, vegetable ball scallion 2-4 tsp soy sauce add sugar if you like it 800 ml of water bamboo skewer Note: You can add another ingredient that you like, such as broccoli, tofu, potato, reddish, and many others. What should we do? Pour water in a pot with dashi, soy sauce, and sugar (if you like sugar). Let it boil Reduce the heat, add scallion and arrange ingredients, then simmer it Serve this menu. Call it “White Clam Satay”. Let’s check my recipe from my kitchen Seasoning: 4-6 cloves of shallot  3-4 cloves of garlic chili (add chili if you like hot and spicy) Mash all of these seasonings! Baked Pepper Fish

Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti / Acik Mdy I cooked this fish menu yesterday. And I love it! This is a simple cook and no needs many ingredients.. I call it Baked Pepper Fish. So Let’s check out my recipe from my kitchen Ingredients: 2 pieces of Toman fillet fish ground pepper (I use pepper steak) rosemary cumin salt These are what you do: Place Toman fish on aluminum foil Cover these fillet fishes with ground pepper, rosemary, cumin, and salt Wrap, and put in the fridge for about 1 hour. I let them in the fridge for about 2 hours After 1 hour or 2 hours, take these fishes and open the wrap Heat up oven about 3-8 minutes Oven the fish about 40 minutes (200 degrees Celsius). Do not forget to flip the fishes after 20 minutes The last, serve it with boiled spinach and sauce (soy sauce or garlic chili sauce) You can add Calrose rice, and sprinkle some furikake Do you want to try, it is simple, right Have a nice day

So, this is my recipe from my kitchen. Let’s check it out Steak Ingredients: I using sirloin (2 pieces of sirloin) 1 ttsp ground cumin 1-2 ttsp rosemary leaves 1 tsp pepper steak seasoning salt add ground ginger if you like Sauce Ingredients: 4-6 cloves of garlic (chop it) 1 can of mushroom cream 2 tsp flour 4 tsp chili sauce 2 tsp dark soy sauce 1 ttsp ground white pepper little a bit butter to saute garlic carrot (peeled and cut as you like) potato (peeled and cut as you like) enough water These are what you do to cook your steak: Place sirloin on aluminum foil Cover sirloin with pepper steak seasoning, rosemary leaves, ground cumin, and salt (add ground ginger if you like) Wrap sirloin, and put in
