Fried Red Grouper

Hi…all of you… Long-time no see. Today I would love to share with you Fried Red Grouper that I cooked a few days ago. It’s a really nice fish, and tasty. Do you want to try it? Great, this is the recipe from my kitchen. Let’s rock!

Seasoning :
  • 6 cloves of shallot
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 ttsp coriander
  • 1-2 cm yellow ginger
  • 1/2 of candlenut
Mash all of these seasoning!

Additional seasoning :
  • Salt (add as you like)
  • 2 cm ginger (cut in slices) or you can mash it with another seasoning
Ingredient: 1 small red grouper, and enough sunflower oil to fry this fish

These are what you do :
  • Cleaned and washed red grouper
  • Place it on the plate or something else
  • Coat the red grouper with spices that you mashed. Add salt around it.
  • Then place a slice of ginger on the fish and inside the body fish
  • Place the fish in the fridge, about 30 minutes or 1 hour
  • After 1 hour get your fish
  • Heat the oil on medium flame
  • Fry red grouper carefully
  • Drain it on kitchen paper, then serve it with another vegetable
