Fried Red Grouper

Hi…all of you… Long-time no see. Today I would love to share with you Fried Red Grouper that I cooked a few days ago. It’s a really nice fish, and tasty. Do you want to try it? Great, this is the recipe from my kitchen. Let’s rock!
Seasoning :
- 6 cloves of shallot
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 ttsp coriander
- 1-2 cm yellow ginger
- 1/2 of candlenut
Mash all of these seasoning!
Additional seasoning :
- Salt (add as you like)
- 2 cm ginger (cut in slices) or you can mash it with another seasoning
Ingredient: 1 small red grouper, and enough sunflower oil to fry this fish
These are what you do :
- Cleaned and washed red grouper
- Place it on the plate or something else
- Coat the red grouper with spices that you mashed. Add salt around it.
- Then place a slice of ginger on the fish and inside the body fish
- Place the fish in the fridge, about 30 minutes or 1 hour
- After 1 hour get your fish
- Heat the oil on medium flame
- Fry red grouper carefully
- Drain it on kitchen paper, then serve it with another vegetable
