But, I give you my recipe that could change your mind about bitter gourd. Because this is healthy food. Let’s check it out! Seasoning: 6 cloves of shallot (chopped) 3-4 cloves of garlic (chopped) 1 ttsp of shrimp paste Salt (add salt as you like) Ingredients: 4 small of bitter gourd 1- 2 white tofu (cut in dice or as you like) a little a bit butter ( to saute seasoning) 100-200 ml of water These are what you do: Peeled bitter gourd, and wash them Remove the seeds and cut into pieces Soak bitter gourd about 10-15 minutes Drain bitter gourd Heat the butter on medium flame Add garlic and onion, saute them until fragrance Add shrimp paste, mix them well Add bitter gourd, mix them for about 5-7 minutes Then add tofu,

And you would love it because this menu is simple cooking. sounds great, right? What are you waiting for, let’s check it out Seasoning: 6-8 cloves of shallot - chopped your shallot or cut as you like 4 cloves of garlic – chopped your garlic or cut as you like 1-2 tsp oyster sauce salt (add salt as you like) Ingredients: Handful dried split fish, wash this fish before cooking White button mushrooms, 4-6 medium size (cut as you like) Chinese cabbage, add some, cut as you like Broccoli, add some or as you like Carrot, add some and cut as you like 1 big tomato, cut as you like Butter, little a bit to saute seasoning and 150 ml – 200 ml of water These are what you do: Heat butter on medium flame, add garlic and onion. saute them
