Stir Fried Bitter Gourd

But, I give you my recipe that could change your mind about bitter gourd. Because this is healthy food. Let’s check it out! Seasoning: 6 cloves of shallot (chopped) 3-4 cloves of garlic (chopped) 1 ttsp of shrimp paste Salt (add salt as you like) Ingredients: 4 small of bitter gourd 1- 2 white tofu (cut in dice or as you like) a little a bit butter ( to saute seasoning) 100-200 ml of water These are what you do: Peeled bitter gourd, and wash them Remove the seeds and cut into pieces Soak bitter gourd about 10-15 minutes Drain bitter gourd Heat the butter on medium flame Add garlic and onion, saute them until fragrance Add shrimp paste, mix them well Add bitter gourd, mix them for about 5-7 minutes Then add tofu,
