Mango Squid Sambal

I call it “Mango Squid Sambal”. This is really nice menu, and I like it. Then, this is the recipe from my kitchen recipe. Check it out! Seasoning : 6 cloves of shallot 3 cloves of garlic 1 ttsp coriander 1/2 candlenut 3 chilies (add chili as you like) 1-2 cm ginger 1-2 cm yellow ginger Mash all of these seasoning! Additional seasoning : Salt (add salt as you like) 2 bay leaves Ingredients: 300-gram squid enough sunflower/ canola oil to fry squid 1/4 of the mango ( I use apple mango) – mango diced Mango - Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti / Acik Mdy little a bit butter ( to fry seasoning) 2 tsp dark soy sauce These are what you do: Cleaned and washed squid Heat the oil on medium flame. Fried Red Grouper

Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti / Acik Mdy Hi…all of you… Long-time no see. Today I would love to share with you Fried Red Grouper that I cooked a few days ago. It’s a really nice fish, and tasty. Do you want to try it? Great, this is the recipe from my kitchen. Let’s rock! Seasoning : 6 cloves of shallot 2-3 cloves of garlic 1 ttsp coriander 1-2 cm yellow ginger 1/2 of candlenut Mash all of these seasoning! Additional seasoning : Salt (add as you like) 2 cm ginger (cut in slices) or you can mash it with another seasoning Ingredient: 1 small red grouper, and enough sunflower oil to fry this fish These are what you do : Cleaned and washed red grouper Place it on the plate or something else Coat the red grouper with spices that you mashed. Add salt around it. Then place a slice of ginger on the fish and inside the body fish Place the fish in the fridge, about 30 minutes or 1 hour After 1 hour get your fish
