Stir-fried Kangkong Anchovy

This is my way to cook kangkong, let’s check my recipe from my kitchen! Seasoning : 3 cloves of shallot 2 cloves of garlic chili (Add as you like) 4 cherry tomatoes Chop/ cut all of these seasonings! Additional seasoning : handful of anchovy salt (add as you like) Ingredients : 1 pack of kangkong little a bit of butter ( to sauté seasonings) 50-100 ml of water These are what you do guys… plucked and washed kangkong heat the butter on medium flame Add seasoning that you chopped, and anchovy. Sauté them until fragrant about 3 minutes Add kangkong Pour water, add salt, stir them (about 3 minutes) Serve it… Easy, simple, and tasty Do you what to cook it, huh??
