Stir-fried Kangkong Anchovy

Stir-fried kangkong anchovy - Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti / Acik Mdy Yesterday I cooked kangkong guys… Kangkong is one of my favorite vegetables. This is my way to cook kangkong, let’s check my recipe from my kitchen! Seasoning : 3 cloves of shallot 2 cloves of garlic chili (Add as you like) 4 cherry tomatoes Chop/ cut all of these seasonings! Additional seasoning : handful of anchovy salt (add as you like) Ingredients : 1 pack of kangkong little a bit of butter ( to sauté seasonings) 50-100 ml of water These are what you do guys… plucked and washed kangkong heat the butter on medium flame Add seasoning that you chopped, and anchovy. Sauté them until fragrant about 3 minutes Add kangkong Pour water, add salt, stir them (about 3 minutes) Serve it… Easy, simple, and tasty Do you what to cook it, huh?? Rosy Snapper Coconut Cream Soup

I cooked these fish guys… it’s delicious! Do you want to know how I made this recipe, huh?? Don’t worry… I make it in an easy way, so you can try to cook Check out my recipe from my kitchen recipe. Seasoning : 6-8 cloves of shallot 6 cloves of garlic 2 candlenuts chili (add chili as you like/ add chili if you like hot and spicy fish) 5-6 cm bulb of yellow ginger Mash all of these seasonings! Additional seasonings : 2 sheets of bay leaves salt (add as you like) 2 cm bulb of ginger Ingredients : Rosy snapper fish (6 pieces) 50-65 ml coconut cream 1 L water Enough oil to fry your fish (I use canola oil) 1 tsp canola oil or butter to fry seasonings These are what you do guys…. Cleaned and washed your fish Heat a frying pan, add enough oil to fry your fish, on medium flame (don’t let your fish swimming guys… ) Arrange fish in one layer with room between each one and fry them.
