Chicken Curry

Many kind of curry menu in the world. Like, Japanese curry, India curry, and so is Indonesia. Today I cooked this menu, called it Chicken Curry, Indonesian curry guys…So check out my recipe from my kitchen Seasoning : 6 red onions 4 cloves garlic 4 candlenuts 1 ttsp of white pepper seeds 3 cm bulb yellow ginger 5 red chillies Mash all of these seasonings! Additional seasonings : salt ( add salt as you like) 2-3 stalks of lemongrass (each about 5 cm) 2 lime leaves Ingredients : 250 g chicken fillet / chicken boneless (it’s up to you what kind chicken you like), cut as you like 250 g red potatoes or 3 red potatoes (cut as you like). You can take any potatoes 800 ml water 60 ml coconut cream little a bit of butter, to sauté seasonings (if you choose oil to sauté seasonings, just 1 tsp oil) These are what you do guys… Heat butter on medium flame (you can use wok, or heavy pan) Put seasonings that you mashed, lemongrass, and lime leaves. Urap (Indonesian Traditional Salad)

  Do you like vegetables, or do you like salad??….I have something about special menu about salad. This is my family recipe, we called it “Urap” or maybe you can called it “Salad”. Let’s check my recipe from my kitchen guys…. Seasoning : 6 cloves garlic 4 cm bulb sand ginger or called it “kencur” 8 lime leaves 4-5 ttsp grated palm sugar 5 red chilies (if you like spicy) 5 green chilies (one again…just if you like spicy ) Mash all of these seasonings! Additional seasoning : salt (add salt as you like, you can taste it before) Ingredients : 400 g grated coconut bamboo skewer banana leaves 1 pack spinach 1 pack winged bean 100 g bean sprout These are what you do guys… Plucked and washed spinach Washed and cut winged bean as you like Boil water in a pot on medium flame. Put your spinach, cook it just 3 minutes. Take aside Then, put winged bean, cook it 3-5 minutes, take aside Put bean sprout, cook it 2-3 minutes, take aside Take grated coconut

Prawn Sambal

This is a hot and spicy prawn menu guys…Maybe you can find another prawn sambal recipe. When you look different from my prawn sambal recipe, it’s because this recipe in my creation And this is my prawn sambal menu from my kitchen! Seasoning : 6 red shallots 4 cloves garlic 3-4 cm bulb of jahe or you can called it zingiber officinale 4 red chilies (add chili as you want ) 4 green chilies (add chili as you want guys…) Mash all of these seasonings Additional seasoning : 4 lime leaves Salt (add as you like) Ingredients : 250 gram prawn 200 ml water 1 tsp canola oil These are what you do guys… Heat the oil on medium flame (you can use wok or heavy pan) Add seasonings that you mashed and lime leaves. Saute them until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes Add prawn, stir them well…, about 5 minutes Pour water, and salt. Let them fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes The last…serve it…! Balinese Chicken

few years ago, I got this recipe from newspaper. At the time, once I made it. But it’s not easy to find some seasoning for Balinese Chicken when I moved in Singapore. But now,…I can cook it anytimes I want. Because…I’ve grown some of Balinese Chicken seasonings. So let’s check how to make this menu! Seasonings : 6 cloves red onions 4 cloves garlic 2 cm bulb yellow ginger 2 cm bulb galangal 2 cm bulb sand ginger/ kaempferia galangal/ kencur 2 cm zingiber officinale/ jahe 2 sheets of lime leaves 4 red chilies (if you like hot and spicy) 4 green chilies (if you like spicy) Mash all of these seasonings! Additional seasoning : 2-4 stalks of lemongrass 2 bay leaves salt as you like Ingredients : 200 gram chicken boneless (cut as you like) 200 ml water 1 tsp canola oil these are what you do guys….
