Look at that, what do we have here? Today I am going to share stir-fry mushroom recipes from my kitchen. Let's check it out! As I mentioned in the title above that this mushroom was cooked with some other vegetables and anchovies. Moreover, I gave it a taste by adding oyster sauce and tom yam broth. Oyster sauce has been one of my favorite sauces since I lived in Indonesia's capital city. It enhances the flavor especially when I cook bitter gourd. Many people do not like bitter gourd as it has a bitter taste and is horrible for lots of people.
